Sometimes the biggest tune of the year comes out of nowhere. In these frantic times when there are no clubs for DJs to test tunes and reveal new work, this is even more the case than ever before. Enter two guys from The Netherlands that have previously released on RAM Records and Rampage Recordings, and their brand new tune. Alora have created a song that is set to conquer the hearts of tens of thousands of people in the coming months and possibly establish itself as the biggest thing to come out of 2020, after Covid19. A heartfelt male vocal introduces the track, lamenting a love destroyed, but also embodying a feeling we have all had way too often in the past months: missing someone dear to us. After that Alora prove their mastery of the craft of production and demonstrate their very distinct and unique sound: a dose of funk, a whiff of space, a touch of rave, inescapable melody and enough subbass to keep that chest rattling. The whole thing is impossible to shake and the hook is sure to stay with you for hours, days, weeks after a first listen. “Without You” by Alora is here to make history.
